Refund Policy - the basics
Because pet sitting and dog walking are service based, refunds are handled based on timing and circumstances. I do my best to be fair and flexible, while also respecting the time I reserve for each client.
When Refunds Are Available
Cancellations (Drop-In Visits, Walks, Daytime Care)
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund or no charge.
-Less than 48 hours before: A 50% charge will apply since the time slot is already held for you.
Cancellations (Overnights in Your Home or at My Home)
-More than 72 hours before the stay: Full refund or no charge.
-Less than 72 hours before: A 50% charge will apply since the time slot is already held for you.
Rescheduling Instead of Refunding
If you need to change your dates, I'm happy to reschedule at no charge when possible. I always try to work with your schedule first before charging any cancellation fee.
